1 Night, 10 Minute Rapid Tournament

Between our 5-week swiss tournaments, we run "alternative format" nights.

This evening we will run a 10 minute (/2 second delay) rapid tournament.  TBD whether this will be setup as a round-robin or an open Swiss.
