The Club Championship is underway!  It will run through October 24. The club will not meet on Halloween, October 31. There will be a 15 minute Blitz tournament on the following Tuesday, November 7.

June 13 – final round of All Hail Ding Liren Swiss June 20  – Important Club Business meeting to review Club Covid rules, followed by 10 minute Blitz tournament June 27 – start of new regular club tournament.

This Tuesday, 5/9/23, we will be holding a 15 minute rapid quad tournament.  This means players will be grouped into groups of 4 players with similar ratings.  Each person in the group will play against the others in their group at least once. This upcoming Tuesday 2/21/23, St. George’s church is hosting an event that conflicts with our regular meeting time.  The club will not meet this week.  The tournament that started this past Tuesday will resume on Tuesday the 28th.

Tomorrow (2/1/23) we finish the first 5-week swiss of the year, “New Year New Start”.
